On 14 January 2003, I received the following updated info from David Trzcinko:
John Trzcinko married Rosa Wielgos (Descendant of Frank Wielgos and Ewa Pretko) in Raczki on 24 Apr 1893. They had the following children: Josephine and Felix. Rosa was born 09-30-1876, and lived in (we think) Kurianki Pierwsze.
David has kindly supplied all photos on this page. The house is the house where Rosa and her first husband lived with their children prior to his death (date unknown) and her immigration to the USA. Rosa remarried in Chicago at St. Adalbert's Church on 19 Nov 1901 to Joseph Prawdzik. Rosa died in 1952 and is buried at St. Adalbert's Cemetery in Milwaukee.

It appears that a church record has survived for this family,
and that the services were performed in Raczki.
